Here's My Quick Method:
1. Find appropriate title, description and tags for your video
2. Use a private proxy/verified VPN (HMA premium VS)
3. Upload to YT as un-listed
4. Create FB FP and post your YT video
5. Promote manually on other similar page niches/Use a bot
6. Gain a following, and post YT vid link in comments, images, etc on dif pages
7. Now read the trick below concerning how to use the bot THE RIGHT WAY
Here's the trick!
Do not send the XXX/XXXX views in a second. YouTube hates un-natural/fake views/etc. They WILL ban you if your views are fake. But they won't ban you right away, so keep listening. Run the bot (preferably with VPN). Send low amount of views per minute, don't send a bunch in seconds, as I have said this will have YT ban your account. I recommend 10/20 views a minute, just keep it low/on a low profile. You can leave the bot running and go grab a bite out to eat in that mean-while. However, combine the fake views with the real views. Get some more real views by promoting on FB FPS.
That's my little trick, and you can see below the statistics.

Last tip. Be original with your work. Do not be like everybody else in the CPA/PPD industry. Thousands are trying to earn on YouTube with the same niches and methods, it's getting old and people want to see new and good shit. Not the same boring shit. Be on the safe side with YouTube and Google, offer legit content, and don't break any rules. (You can offer fake content, but don't let them see that). There are ways you can hide.
