Los marcadores sociales son un tipo de medio social que permiten almacenar, clasificar y compartir enlaces en Internet o en una Intranet.

Además de los marcadores de enlaces generales, existen servicios especializados en diferentes áreas como libros, vídeos, música, compras, mapas, etc. Los marcadores sociales también forman parte de los marcadores sociales de noticias como Digg.

Pero, es que no entiendo que quieres hacer con los bookmarks
¿Qué introducción necesitas?
Los bookmarks son para dejar enlaces como en cualquier sitio.
Son buenos para tener variedad de enlaces, pero no suelen tener mucho peso.

el problema es que no se que tengo que hacer con ellos, para que sirven ? que peso tienen ? ... Experiencias, he leido fuera del foro que són importantes

Pues puedes utilizar GSA para generar enlaces, peso tienen poco, los mejores enlaces son los contextuales, relacionados con tu temática y desde dominios con autoridad (opinión personal).

También puedes hacerlo sin soft

LA mejor utilidad es para ayudarte a posicionar keys pero de baja competencia si son de competencia media necesitaras adicionalmente otras tecnicas seo.
