Hola chicos como estan, espero se encuentren bien, me encuentro editando un php y haciendo unas modificaciones, y me encontre un codigo que se encuentra enceriptado full, me podrian ayudar a desencriptar

Creo que es Base64 pero en ninguno de los decoder de base 64 lo pude desencriptar asi que no creo que sea, espero de verdad su ayuda muchas gracias aqui les dejo el codigo
